Terms and Conditions

• This offer (the “3-Months Free Trial offer”) entitles you access to the RDG Retail Academy (as defined in the RDG Retail Academy Terms and Conditions) for a period of ninety (90) days comencing from the moment that you activate the trial period by submitting your payment details.
• By submitting your payment details, (i) you accept the 3-Month Free Trial offer, (ii) consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy, (iii) acknowledge and agree to RDG Retail Academy Terms and Conditions and these 3-Month Free Trial offer Terms and Conditions.
• If you decide that you do not want to become a paying user of the RDG Retail Academy, you have to cancel your subscription by logging into your account and from My Courses> My Membership> My Subscription, cancelling your subscription prior to the end of your free trial period. Otherwise, at the end of your free trial period, you will automatically become a paying user of the RDG Retail Academy, and the credit card you provided will automatically be charged the RDG Retail Academy Gold Membership subscription fee each year, until you cancel your Gold Membership subscription.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time in My Courses> My Membership> My Subscription at least one day before each renewal date.
• Only one 3-Month Free Trial offer is available per Gold Membership per business. Each Gold Membership allows up to 10 users.
• The 3-Month Free Trial offer is not available if you or any employee within your business has previously signed up to any RDG Retail Academy Free Trial offer.
• RDG Retail Academy reserves the right to earlier terminate this 3-Month Free Trial offer at any time and for any reason. After such time of termination, RDG shall not be obligated to honour any further 3-Month Free Trial offers.
• This offer cannot be used with any other offer.
